__________________ In fact, there is a golden opportunity right now among groups using such a system. They are having problems keeping their preachers, who are moving on to higher salaries and larger congregations. __________________ True, this is occurring. And it is a perfect example of one problem with that system (incidentally, there could be problems with the way some "laiety" groups practice). The point should be to not condemn individual Christians, but to consider the validity of a practice.
