No, I checked both the Nestle and the TR. The Strong's KJV setup at crosswalk may have some flaws. If you click on the second word "as" in verse 26 "as often as" you'll come up with the adverb hosakis which (with the particle ean) gives us the English phrase, "as often as." On the other hand, if you click on the second "as" in verse 25 in the same phrase in the same resource, you come up with just the particle ean but the Greek word hosakis is still there in the Greek text. In both 25 and 26 it is confusing, because the phrase "as often as" is not highlighted as a link in that resource. It may be a simple error (back to back?) or something about the parameters of the way the system was assembled -- it not be exhaustive. To verify, even at crosswalk, that the word is in their Strong's database, click on any linked word in that resource to bring up their lexicon, then enter Strong's number 3740 in the search field of the Lexicon, and you'll come up with the meaning (as often as) and the three times it occurs in the NT, 1 Cor 11:25, 26, Rev 1:6.
