Pamela Davenport (Pam) Services: Wed., Nov. 30, 2:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at South Fairfax Church of Christ, 2834 South Fairfax Road, on Wednesday, November 30th at 2:30 p.m. Pamela Pam Davenport went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 26, 2005. She was born on October 30, 1950 in Carrolton, Missouri and a resident of Kern county for 36 years. Pamela is survived by her husband, Jim Davenport; two sons, Jason and Christopher Davenport; and daughter, Alyssa Davenport. She also is survived by her mother, Creta Edwards; brothers and wives, Dana and Lennie Edwards and Mark and Lisa Edwards; mother-in-law, Sarah Davenport. Pam also leaves many other loving relatives and friends. Pam was a member of South Fairfax Church of Christ, loved music, and singing. She also had a love for children and adored holding babies. Pam was a teachers aide for fifteen years and was an accomplished seamstress. While her children were in school she was a band mom and a member of the Booster Club. Pam will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, and friend. Who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
