You actually do astonish me, Essay. The Chuck Wagon Gang? When it comes to some old classics such as "Looking For A City" and "Echoes From The Burning Bush," and some other songs with heavy bass or alto leads, there is no better recording than theirs, in my opinion. Their music is an acquired taste, and I acquired it a long time ago. The Silvertones and James Cleveland are somewhat surprising references in their own way, but have a more mainstream and traditional kind of gospel flavor.
